Kate, Lara, Daria… Un trio de tops fatals, photographié par Mert & Marcus en couverture d’un seul même numéro, analysant les temps forts du printemps à travers ce prisme troublant. En kiosque le 20 février.
"Lara, Daria, Kate sont étrangères mais en couverture de Vogue ce mois-ci, c’est une Française qu’elles incarnent. La Française qui seule, sait sortir le grand jeu dans une opération de séduction", écrit Emmanuelle Alt, rédactrice en chef de Vogue Paris, dans l’édito de ce numéro de mars 2015. Sanglé dans un trench en cuir Prada, ongles laqués de carmin, bas de soie glissés dans un escarpin noir… Un trio iconique, dont le fantasme devient inséparable de l’allure Vogue, dardant son regard de braise sur l’objectif de Mert & Marcus. Identique, cette mise en scène fait revivre le charme d’un autre triptyque, celui du numéro de septembre 2012 dédié à la fureur du noir. Carbone ou corsé, le noir se zèbre ici d’un contraste graphique, s’incarne par la parole d’Etienne Daho, ou s’éclaire d’un blanc bohème mâtiné de denim. Convoquant les étendards de ces tendances (le souvenir d’Alexander McQueen, l’esprit fondateur de Jeanne Lanvin, le souffle ravageur de Björk, la force de Juliette Binoche ou la puissance de frappe d’Apple, s’apprêtant à conquérir le monde avec son Apple Watch…) Vogue donne le ton de ce printemps. En supplément de ce numéro de mars, le Vogue enfants pioche dans la nostalgie néo-seventies pour en tirer les essentiels, qui sauront donner à ces jeunes premiers une allure bien dans l’air du temps.

Buckled into a leather trench, with red nails, Basic Instinct-style silk stockings and a classic black heel, three iconic faces who have become almost inseparably linked to the Vogue Paris look raise the temperature for Mert & Marcus on the cover. A triptych in vampish black, our three collector's covers hark back to the September 2012 issue celebrating the fury of fashion's favorite color in all its forms, as it takes on a fresh graphic contrast for March 2015. Black is brought to life in the words of Etienne Daho and styled up with a boho blend of white denim, as Vogue sets the stage with the standard-bearers for the new season. This Spring, we remember Alexander McQueen, look to Jeanne Lanvin's fashion-founding spirit and celebrate game-changing Björk, the strength of Juliette Binoche and the power of Apple as the technology big-hitter prepares to conquer the world yet again with the Apple watch. Finally, our Vogue Enfants supplement this month rides the wave of neo-Seventies nostalgia, to keep our little ones on-trend and ahead of the game for Summer.
