Vogue Paris April 2011: Gisele Bundchen

Emmanuelle Alt's long awaited first cover for Vogue Paris has been released featuring Gisele Bündchen on the April issue and it is gorgeous. Wearing a white mini-dress from the Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2011 collection as photographed by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin in St Barts, Gisele seems to hold all of the promise of spring... How did Emmanuelle choose Gisele for her important first cover as editor? She responds: "For me it was just a spontaneous decision, there was no question. I hope you like it." The cover image is inspired by the 1985 film Vagabond directed by Agnès Varda.

Is this French Vogue or US Vogue? Sorry but this reminds me of something Anna Wintour would put on the cover.

Dear Kellina,

I tell you something: I lo-ve the co-ver.

Original. Fresh. Contemporary. Edgy.

Toxine-free. Caffeine-free.

Sincerely,

K.

NB: Cella, Celli & Cello send their regards to you.

Gosh, do I love me the Nas family! What fresh thinking, this cover is assuredly free of toxins — the new organic Vogue!

Kelly, I want to share a secret with you to the extent that I may: I hope you are comforted by Tuesday's news... Nas but not Nas yet always Nas... Stay tuned...

Hugs and kisses to C cubed, j'adore. More tshirts coming soon, I'll bet they have no Mixte feelings about these ones though!

Sincerely,
K
